EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

• Employees cannot be turned down due to health concerns.  Guaranteed Issue Ages 18-75 – Employees can choose up to $100,000 of coverage with no medical questions, no build chart.  An additional $250,000 of coverage is available express issue using a simple five question application without a medical exam.

• Premiums – will NEVER increase.  All employees receive group unisex rates, regardless of health.  Smoker or non-smoker rates.

• Death benefit – Guaranteed to remain level or increase for life.

• Cash Value – is guaranteed to increase annually.

• Dividends – While not guaranteed, dividends have been paid every year since 1869.

• Mass Mutual is one of the only companies to offer a dividend on group life insurance. Dividends are in addition to cash value.

• Portability – After termination of employment, the program can continue for life.

• Living Benefits – Can receive an advance or accelerated payment of a portion of the death benefit if diagnosed with a terminal or chronic illness.  There is no cost to the employee for this rider.
